A phrase from a Latin poem by Horace. It is popularly translated as “seize the day”. Carpe means “pick, pluck, pluck off, gather”, but Horace uses the word to mean “enjoy, make use of.” In Horace, the phrase is part of the longer Carpe diem quam minime credula postero – “Seize the day, trusting as little as possible in the future”, and the ode says that the future is unknowable, and that instead one should scale back one’s hopes to a brief future, and drink one’s wine.

Frequently Asked Questions:
We are all older, stronger, and [we’d like to think] wiser than yesterday.
Are you into attending Annual Parties and the social aspect of the MC culture? Yes and No. Although we try to support other organizations’ charity events and attend anything motorcycle related, the party scene [for many of us] isn’t our thing anymore. We prefer a nice group ride or just getting together when time allows.
We barely see your club out anywhere! Why? That’s okay. We’re comfortable with not always “making an appearance”.
Then why the vests/colors? You guys are posers! This is America. You are free to have an opinion. We are free to not pay attention.
You guys have no idea what a real MC is supposed to be like! From the original first six members we have a combined 30 years of experience living and breathing the MC lifestyle. If your only experience with the “real” MC life is the movie Biker Boys, or a Ruff Ryders music video, or too many hours watching Sons of Anarchy then we can’t help you understand.
Are you guys a 1%er club? Far from it. We’re closer to Wild Hogs. “We’re not Wild Hogs, we’re like wild lambs. It’s just a patch that Doug’s wife made. We sewed it on our jackets so she wouldn’t feel bad!”
We watched a lot of SOA though! We are aware of those type clubs and acknowledge that part of the culture with a healthy dose of respect.
Are you just a sportbike club? Absolutely not. Anything with two-wheels and a motor are welcome!
What’s with the whole Se7en Deadly Sins Racing™ (7DSR™)? It is our road racing team.
